The Warrior is powered by a heavy fuel engine (HFE) for higher performance, better fuel efficiency, and a longer lifetime. Its specifications include the following: Length: 28 feet Wingspan: 54 feet Gross take off weight: 3,000+ pounds Maximum speed: 130 kts. Ceiling: 25,000 feet Range: 300 kilometers Endurance: 24 hours with a 250-pound payload

The system in detail
A long straight wing, rear pusher propeller and inverted-V tail support efficient endurance flight. It is a runway aircraft rather than a hand-launched small drone.1
GA-ASI lists electro-optical sensing, radar and communications-relay payloads. Internal and external payload allowances are distinct; installed sensors compete with other carried equipment.1
These figures describe the baseline Gray Eagle reference. Extended Range and later Gray Eagle 25M aircraft should not inherit the same fuel and performance values.1
Endurance depends on load and flight conditions. Control-link reach and aircraft flight range are different quantities and should be shown separately.1

MQ-1C Gray Eagle equipment records. Variants, orders and quantities are shown as reported in each inventory source; coverage is incomplete.
US Army exact named equipment holdings: MQ-1C Gray Eagle. Active, operational-reserve and training units excluding equipment in store; November 2025 IISS assessment. Named service only; no parent-force or national total inferred. Source role: UNINHABITED AERIAL VEHICLES / Heavy. Original estimates, ranges, reporting names, reserve, lease and employment scopes retained; nested included counts are not added. Missile-system quantities mean launchers, not rounds. No readiness, crew, carried weapon, payload, factory-production or future order count inherited.
