Terms of use

Use of the service

ForceTally is a research and comparison service. Values may be incomplete, disputed or outdated. Read the source, definition and effective date before relying on a figure. Comparisons are not predictions of conflict outcomes or operational advice.

Your account and contributions

Keep credentials secure and use an email address you control. You are responsible for your contributions and must follow the Community Rules. Submit only material you are entitled to share. By contributing, you permit ForceTally to display, moderate and retain your contribution as part of the evidence and correction history.

Sources and reuse

Third-party publications and images retain their own licences. A citation is not permission to reproduce a publication. Check the recorded source and media licence before reuse. Report a rights concern through a correction on the relevant claim; do not include confidential material in a public submission.

Account controls

You can export or delete your account from the account page. Moderators may restrict access for rule violations; affected comment decisions can be appealed. See the Privacy Notice for current data handling.
